How citizens rate the quality, impartiality and corruption of their public services: 210 European regions in five editions, from 2010 to 2024.

The European Quality of Government Index (EQI) is built from a large survey of residents in each region about three public services (education, health care and law enforcement) and sums up three pillars: the quality of the services, the impartiality with which they are delivered and the control of corruption. The regional average is 0 in each edition and a higher value is better.
